  • Our instructors will tailor the class according to the fitness level of the participants while ensuring you are being challenged in a fun environment.

Bounce back into health with Vanessa Rogers. A certified Kangoo Power and Kangoo Dance Instructor. Vanessa is the CEO and Founder of Bounce Back Indiana. She is here to help encourage, inspire, and motivate you to have fun while working out as your embrace your new life and fitness journey. As a RN she loves to assist folks reach their fullest potential and best quality of life. That applies to the fitness world, as well.

Boot Rental – 5.00 “Registration is required to reserve boots.”

Boot Camp

Starting October 10th on Tuesdays at 6am and Saturdays at 8am!

An intense conditioning class using a variety of exercises to increase cardio-vascular endurance and strength. It also includes cardio, agility, core strength and balance. The class is self paced and all skill levels are welcome.
