Why take a group fitness class?

  • Group fitness classes are a great way to add variety to any workout.
  • Our instructors will tailor the class according to the fitness level of the participants while ensuring you are being challenged in a fun environment.
  • Burn more calories! Studies have shown that group fitness classes can encourage the participants to burn more calories than they would if working out alone.
  • Friendship. Classes are a great way for everyone to bond and create some amazing friendships.

Group Exercise Classes

Boot Camp

Starting October 10th on Tuesdays at 6am and Saturdays at 8am!

An intense conditioning class using a variety of exercises to increase cardio-vascular endurance and strength. It also includes cardio, agility, core strength and balance. The class is self paced and all skill levels are welcome.
