Why take a group fitness class?
- Group fitness classes are a great way to add variety to any workout.
- Our instructors will tailor the class according to the fitness level of the participants while ensuring you are being challenged in a fun environment.
- Burn more calories! Studies have shown that group fitness classes can encourage the participants to burn more calories than they would if working out alone.
- Friendship. Classes are a great way for everyone to bond and create some amazing friendships.
Group Exercise Classes
Starting October 10th on Tuesdays at 6am and Saturdays at 8am!
An intense conditioning class using a variety of exercises to increase cardio-vascular endurance and strength. It also includes cardio, agility, core strength and balance. The class is self paced and all skill levels are welcome.
Incrediplex Fitness Members – Free
Non-Members – $18 Per Class
